Hello, artists!
We are so excited for the fall round of the project to start tomorrow. Itβs not too late to participate β choose your project, decide how youβll share your process, and come back here to each day where weβll be posting a chat for you to stay on track and connect with the community. Remember to add the hashtags #The21DayProject and #The100DayProject to your posts on Instagram, and to tag @dothe100dayproject so we can share them to our Stories.
Before we start tomorrow, set an intention or commitment for your project β what are you dedicating your time and energy towards these next three weeks? Share here in the comments if you feel inspired β€οΈ
We also have an online event this Friday (and each Friday of the project) β join us!
Happy creating!
XO,
Lindsay
We moved into this home 1 year ago, and then my daughter left for college, my dad got sick and I became his hospice caregiver, and for the last 6 months I've been trying to find my footing. Struggling to get focused. For this shorter challenge, I just want to get my art studio unpacked and cleaned up so that I feel like I can create. So the goal is to spend a little time daily tackling the boxes.
I want to restart a regular photography practice. Last fall I started photographing the apple and cherry trees as I stood on the back steps to document the changes throughout the season. I am beginning that practice this week. I am combining this practice with Kim Klassen's "the unsocial experiment" of posting something on Cosmos (not for likes or hearts or followings). For this project, I'm listing "three good things" about each day. So my #21dayproject will combine all of these elements: photos, words, lists, and maybe some "golden lines" from the books and poems I'm reading.
