TWO DAYS until #The100DayProject starts! How are you feeling? Here are some resources, in case you missed them:

If you’re just hearing about it for the first time, jump right on in! These resources are meant to help, not overcomplicate. It can be as simple as choosing one small action like dancing to one song a day or taking a photo or journaling each morning – you can do anything at all. I recommend keeping it simple, especially if it’s your first year, but the rules are made up so it’s your call 😉

When you’re ready, announce your project on your social channels so your friends can follow along. Then do what you can to set yourself up for success on Day 1 – your might prep your materials, carve out a workspace, set aside some time on your calendar, or ask your friends and family for support.

Starting February 23, you’ll do your project every day for 100 days and share your process online. Here’s where you can find us, but wherever you prefer to hang out online is perfect.
