My 4th year of #The100DayProject. That means that so far I've done 300 days, right? Wrong. Some years I didn't even get half way through. But each year I have done work I'm proud of, work that that has improved my technique and taught me things about myself. I've also followed the work of people in disciplines that I'd never have thought myself inspired by, let alone interested in: banjo playing, knitting, sgraffito etc. My first project was photographic, my latest railway modelling. Enjoy what you're doing, rather than beating yourself up, and enjoy what other people are doing alongside. In, out: let's get cracking'!

This is showcased on Instagram, right? If you were writing each day, how would you do that? A picture of words every day would be boring. But I'm in. I'm all set to explore art journaling (while I write on the side).

Yep! Historically, but you can use any platform you like. Check out the hashtag to see if you can find some ideas. I’ve mostly done writing projects and sometimes I paired them with photography. Or last year I used Instagram stories saved as a highlight instead. Make up something that works for you!

I'm doing #100daysofhaiku. But will be handwriting them in a journal with a nice fine point pen. Interspersed of pics of me doing tai-chi when I'm bored :-p

This will be my 4th year as well. And the number one gift I receive is self-trust. The lesson in honoring our creativity daily is a beautiful practice. And even more so when it becomes non-negotiable.The second vest part is the connection and celebration arond the project. All the other artists as well as your followers who interact in support. And the mini collection at the end is righteous. Excited.
