Oh hello, friends!
It’s been awhile, but I’ve been thinking about the community and the project (always!). You might be wondering when the next round of #The100DayProject is starting. We’ll announce the start date later this month, but plan for mid/late February. For now, start thinking about what you might want to do this year.
I loved this post from my online art friend,
Which was in turn inspired by this post from
:
And I thought it would be a nice place to start ideating – make a list (or a doodle, a diagram, a flow chart, you name it). And call it whatever you want – Less and More, Yes and No, In and Out. What’s calling to you right now? What’s not calling to you right now?
Here’s mine:
IN: moving my body for the fun of it, reading, assuming good things, spending more time with friends, spending more time in nature, lots of color, taking up space, experimenting, expressing myself, asking questions, letting it be easy and fun
OUT: endless scrolling, worrying about things I can’t control, taking things personally
Share yours in the comments – you can write it out or drop a link to an image 🫶
More soon!!
XO,
Lindsay
I like the more or less and made a quick list for myself. Last year was horrible with many horrible events and traumas and am so ready to move on ahead.
More joy, Less brooding
More laughter, Less brooding
More sunshine/outdoors/walking, Less brooding
More making, Less brooding
More writing, Less brooding
I could go on but you get the idea....
More: Smiles, patience, outdoor time, painting, bird knowledge, exercise (i.e. stretching), hiking, kayaking?
Less: Anxiety, depression, bills
As to what I am going to do for the 100 days, I think I know what I want to do. Really, it is aligned with what I am trying to do in my business and with social media and of course my creativity. I look forward to it this year. Last year I didn't make it very far, but I don't mind trying again, and again, and again, ad nauseum. Not only until I finish, but then to keep finishing year after year.
